Ethan stared.

Grace folded her hands over the black folder.

“It’s a corporation.”

“You called an emergency session without me?”

Rebecca replied.

“The session was requested by shareholders representing sufficient voting interest under Article Seven.”

Ethan looked around the room.

“Which shareholders?”

Grace slid the white folder across the table.

He did not touch it.

“What is that?”

“Open it.”

“I asked you a question.”

“And I answered it.”

Ethan’s eyes hardened.

“Grace.”

She waited.

Finally, he opened the folder.

His gaze moved across the first page.

Then stopped.

He read it again.

“This is wrong.”

“No.”

“You don’t own this much.”

“I do.”

“No, you don’t.”

Grace nodded toward Rebecca.

Rebecca opened her laptop.

“Thirty-one point eight percent of Calloway Maritime Holdings is controlled by the Bennett Intellectual Property Trust.”

Ethan’s eyes flicked toward Grace.
