Lauren’s heart began pounding.
“Then whose profile?”
“There’s an administrator account above the family accounts.”
Lauren frowned.
“We don’t have one.”
“Yes, you do.”
“No.”
“The security system was installed through Cole Vector Executive Protection.”
Lauren stared at Naomi.
Mitchell’s voice hardened.
“The administrator credentials belong to Charles Cole’s corporate security office.”
Lauren slowly sat down.
So Charles had access to the house.
But even that didn’t explain the file.
The brakes.
The fake hospital badge.
The medical records.
The forged insurance rider.
Or why someone had hidden a phone beneath an unborn baby’s crib.
“Do not turn the burner phone on,” Lauren said.
“We won’t.”
“I want digital forensics present.”
“Already happening.”
“Call me the second you know anything.”

The call ended.
